So, I think I'll stick with the public transportation

So, last night Julie, Sydney and I are headed to The Peak for dinner.  The Peak is the highest point on Hong Kong Island and has really spectacular views of the the city looking toward the Kowloon side.

We're armed with only our navigation skills, Google map directions and me behind the wheel.  Of course, as usual, we got lost, or thought we got lost.  Turns out, we were on the right road but the Google directions put us on a one lane road going up a steep hill in the middle of a cemetery.  When we got to the top, the road was blocked.  No way to turn around so we had to back down.  Finally found a place to turn around.  However, on the way down, I tagged the raised concrete curb and slashed a tire.  On the hill.  In the middle of the cemetery.  Here's the spot Flat tire debacle.

I wish I had a picture of me changing the flat but of course, I left the card for my camera at home.  When it rains, it pours.   More about the driving later.
