Seattle in July

Here's a few shots I took while we were visiting Trevor, Erica and Gavin in Seattle. For those who don't remember, Erica used to babysit Alex back in the day. Of course, Trevor is her Coast Guard hubby. Their son Gavin is about 6 and they just had another child, a boy, and his name is Grant.

We only got to see them for a couple of days and we never did get to meet Grant as he was born about a week after we left. Trevor is in school full time, thanks to the CG, getting his Master's degree. We had a great time visiting with them. As you can tell by the photos, it is beautiful in Seattle, at least when the sun's out.

We did get to visit the University of Oregon while we were there. That happens to be one of the five or six schools that Alex is applying to. More on that later.
